Happy birthday today to Ryder Millsap and on Sunday to Kyler Radelfinger!!

  1. Any Sophomores interested in going to HSU for a day please sign up in the office. The day is designed to build on the experience of the 8th grade visit to HSU.  Students will learn how to navigate the college admissions process for the transfer path to HSU from community colleges as well as the direct to four-year university route.  Banke can take 14 students.  Sign up by February 15th.
  2. McCulloch’s desk is off limits to students! If you are in the library, use the computer tables, not Mrs. McCulloch’s desk.  Thank you!!
  3. CSF letters were mailed out last week. If you received one you need to pay your dues by Monday, February 10th in order to qualify.
  4. Students who are interested in listening to what an FBI agent does, there will be a presentation on February 10th during 6th period in Mrs. Becker’s College and Career Class. Please sign up in the office if you are interested.
  5. Yearbooks are for sale for pre-order. They are $55.  The price will go up to $65 after Spring Break so order now!!  Chiles’ ordered a limited amount this year because so many have been left over in the past few years so get yours now.  Also, if anyone wants a yearbook from last year, see Mr. Chiles.
  6. Leo Club: Turn in Community Service Hours!!
  7. Do you want to send a Crush to your crush? ASB is selling Crush Sodas for $3.00 or Crush soda and a rose for $5.00 for Valentine’s Day.  They will be delivered in class on Friday, February 14th.  To make an order, pick up the order form in the office and return it with payment to the drop box in the office.  Any questions see an ASB officer.
  8. Seniors: Yearbook needs goals and goal pictures from the following students:  Hunter Bell, Tristen Martin, Putter Walters and Kurtis Johnson.  If you have any questions, see Angie Chavez or Mr. Chiles.
  9. The Coast Guard will be here tomorrow at lunch with an information booth for anyone who is interested. Stop by and check it out!!
  10. Blood Drive: The next blood drive will be on Thursday, February 6th. If you are 16 years old or older, you may donate blood.  16 year olds need to have a permission slip in order to donate.  Sign up sheet and permission slips are in the office.  Seniors who are wanting a red cord for graduation, time is running out so be sure to give blood this time!!  See Bri Rimmey if you have any questions.
  11. SPRING SPORTS: Sign-ups are in the office for Baseball, Softball, Tennis, Golf and Track. If you are interested in any of these sports, please sign up in the office.
  12. If you are interested in pursuing a career in the FBI the San Francisco FBI Teen Academy may be the thing for you!! FBI Teen Academy are encouraging any interested juniors and seniors to the campus of Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, CA on Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you are interested, please see Ms. Banke.
