  1. FFA members: If you are interested in being on a Speaking or Judging Team for FFA there will be a meeting today at lunch in the Ag Room.
  2. Pizza Sales tomorrow at lunch. $2 a slice.
  3. EPT Physical Therapy is in need of a Closing Custodian on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. If you are interested please contact their Human Resources Department at 382-4548 or apply in person at 1095 South Fortuna Blvd, Suite 4G.
  4. Seniors: Tri Counties Bank scholarships awards scholarships of up to $1,500 to students attending a 4 year college and up to $1,000 for those attending community college.  Awards will be made to talented high school seniors who demonstrate a keen interest community service and business entrepreneurship.  For more information, please visit shastarcf.org/scholarships.  Application Deadline is March 11, 2020.
  5. Hunter Safety Class: For those who signed up for the Hunter Safety Class and those who would still like to take the course, class has started and will go throughout the week (November 4th – 8th) @ lunch in the Shop.  Grab your lunch from the Foods Room or pack one and meet in the shop so we can knock this out.  Any questions see Mr. O’Day.
  6. Class treasurers: Please turn in your money and receipt books to Kristy in the office.

  8. Humboldt County Teen Court (a program of the Boys & Girls Club) is hosting a training for new teen volunteers in 8th – 12th grades on Thursday, November 14th from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the Teen Center on the corner of K and Harris Streets in Eureka. Please RSVP if you are interested.  Teen Court is a real court administered by teens for teens who have chosen to have their cases heard by their peers.  Student volunteers serve in the courtroom as jurors, attorneys and other positions.  Volunteers earn community service hours, help give other teens a second chance and learn new skills.  For more information contact 707-444-0153 or hcteencourt@bgcredwoods.org.
