  1. AP testing starts next week!! Please report to the library for your test!                                                                                                                                                                                                                        The schedule is as follows.     Today: APES starting at 12:10 please release the following students at 11:30 for lunch on Monday so they can report to the library by 12:10 – Ryan Broberg,          Vincent Ceffalo, Sylvia Daniels, Landon Gomes, Haven Harrington, Wyatt Henrikson,  Halee Nickols and Dominic Regli                                                                                                                          Tuesday, May 7th AP Spanish report to the library instead of going to your 1st period class                                                                                                                                                                    Wednesday, May 8th AP English report to the library instead of going to your 1st per class                                                                                                                                                                                         Friday, May 10th APUSH report to the library instead of going to your 1st period class                                                                                                                                                                                               Tuesday, May 14th AP Calc report to the library instead of going to your 1st period class
  2. Senior Class Meeting today at lunch in the Ag Room!
  3. If you are interested in being a football cheerleader for next Fall, please sign up in the office!!
  4. Seniors: FYI: We are closing in on the end of the year which means graduation will be here before you know it.  All bills will need to be paid before you receive your cap and gown and diploma.  This means lunch bills, woodshop bills, lost textbooks, athletic uniforms, etc.  Also, if you haven’t bought your student body card you will need to do so before you receive your cap and gown.  If you have any questions on any of this, see Kristy.
  5. Sophomores: Any 10th graders interested in attending Humboldt State after graduation can sign up in the office for a visit to the campus on May 29th.  You will learn about the transfer path to HSU from community colleges as well as direct to four year University route.  Students will be introduced to the varios majors offered at HSU and explore how these programs and their interests connect to careers.  Any questions see Ms. Banke.  Must sign up by tomorrow, there is only room for 7 to go.
  6. Any students with 60 or more detention minutes that are not cleared, you will not be able to participate in any extra curricular activities, this includes Prom!!
  7. Seniors: If you are planning on buying a Senior Sweatshirt get your money in to the office ASAP!!  Sweatshirts are $30.
  8. Yearbooks are on sale for $65.
  9. If you have not returned your Pre-registration sheet for next year’s classes in yet, get them in to the office ASAP!! There is a list on the back of those of you who haven’t yet turned them in!!
  10. Seniors who want to be prom royalty, see Isabelle Petersen.
  11. Prom 2019: This Saturday, May 11th from 9:00 – midnight. “Rustic Romance” at the Barn by Fernbridge.  Pre-sale tickets: Single $35 – Couple $45.  At the door: Single $45 Couple $50.  Buy your tickets from Beth Towles.
  12. A Community Chest account was created for the Bramwell family, for Jonas. If anyone would like to donate money to the family, one may do so by writing a check to Community Chest. Put “Bramwell Family” on the memo line and the funds will go towards them.  To send in a check use the following address:  Community Chest  O. Box 934  Ferndale, CA 95536.
  13. ASB is selling wrist bands for Jonas Bramwell. If you would like to buy one they are $1 minimum and anything over $1 is a donation.  Please help support our Hero Jonas. If you have any questions, see Bryleigh Busick
  14. Seniors: New Scholarships:                                                                                    *Native Sons of the Golden West Scholarship – you must have a father or            grandfather who is a current member of the Native Sons.  Applications must                be postmarked by May 15th.                                              

*New Native American Scholarships are in the box in Mrs. Becker’s room.  If you or any of your family are Native American be sure to check them out!!

*Orlen Christensen Memorial Agricultural Scholarship Must have a GPA of 2.85 or higher.  Due May 15th
