  2. Spring Week Dress Up Days:

  1. Seniors: If you are planning buying a Senior Sweatshirt get your money in to the office ASAP!!  Sweatshirts are $30.
  2. Yearbooks are now on sale!! If you would like to purchase your yearbook for the early bird price of $55 you can do so now in the office.  Prices will go up to $65 after Spring Break.  If you have any questions, see Mr. Chiles. This is the last week to get them for $55!!
  3. Underwear, Socks and Accessories Drive- there is a bin by the office for the USA Drive for underwear, socks and accessories (new) for victims and witnesses that must flee their homes and go to shelters with only the clothes on their backs. All items donated will be given to the Humboldt County District Attorney Victim Witness Program. Please donate!!  If you have any questions see Lexi Miranda or email
  4. Seniors: Jen Grandy will be here this Friday, April 19th at 8:45 a.m. to take your class picture.  Remember, you may bring one prop for the picture.  Order forms will be available to purchase the group picture.
  5. If you have not returned your Pre-registration sheet for next year’s classes in yet, get them in to the office ASAP!! There is a list on the back of those of you who haven’t yet turned them in!!
  6. Seniors who want to be prom royalty, see Isabelle Petersen.
  7. Prom 2019: Saturday, May 11th from 9:00 – midnight. “Rustic Romance” at the Barn by Fernbridge.  Pre-sale tickets: Single $35 – Couple $45.  At the door: Single $45 Couple $50.  Buy your tickets from Beth Towles.
  8. May 3rd from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. @ HSU is Youth of Color Empowerment Day. All students of color are welcome to attend.  See Senora by tomorrow if you are interested in attending.
  9. A Community Chest account was created for the Bramwell family, for Jonas. If anyone would like to donate money to the family, one may do so by writing a check to Community Chest. Put “Bramwell Family” on the memo line and the funds will go towards them.  To send in a check use the following address:  Community Chest  O. Box 934  Ferndale, CA 95536.
  10. ASB is selling wrist bands for Jonas Bramwell. If you would like to buy one they are $1 minimum and anything over $1 is a donation.  Please help support our Hero Jonas. If you have any questions, see Bryleigh Busick
  11. Seniors: New Scholarships:

*New Native American Scholarships are in the box in Mrs. Becker’s room.  If you or any of your family are Native American be sure to check them out!!

*Orlen Christensen Memorial Agricultural Scholarship Must have a GPA of 2.85 or higher.  Due May 15th

*Sanctuary Forest, Inc. Scholarship for anyone demonstrating an interest or active involvement in environmental issues.  Application due May 1st
