“Happiness is….not having to set the alarm for the next day.”


  1. Tomorrow night ASB will be putting on a movie night in the gym starting @ 8:00. The movie will be Moana.
  2. Seniors: Local Scholarships are due on Monday!! Turn them in to the office!!
  3. The School Board is looking for volunteers to be on the Supt./Principal interview committee. The committee will include: 1 parent from each site, 1 certificated staff member from each site, 1 classified member from the district, and 3 members from the community. If you are interested in participating, please submit your name and contact information to Ferndale High School before the April 5 board meeting.
  4. Seniors: If you are going to a community college or technical school in the Fall, there is the Horatio Alger Association Career & Technical Scholarship Program. They will award financial assistance to students who have financial need and have exhibited integrity and perseverance in overcoming personal adversity. Go to horatioalger.org to apply.  Deadline will be June 15, 2017.
  5. Is there any student that wants to make a little money mowing a lawn for a local senior citizen? If you are interested see Kristy and she will get you the name, address and phone number of the lady!!
  6. Be sure to get your Community Service Hours in!! If you have served any community service this school year be sure to get the hours to Kristy. Only hours from this school year will be accepted. These are very important since they go on your transcript, on college applications and for scholarships!  If you have any questions about Community Service Hours please see Kristy.
  7. Coach Trev is having Speed Training. It will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30 – 5:15 @ the Belotti Hall. It is free to anyone in 7th – 12th grades from FES and FHS.  Any questions see Coach Trev.
  8. Spring Ping Pong Tournament: During Spring Week (April 10th – 14th) there will be a ping pong tournament in the foyer of the gym. Entry fees are $5 per person and you may enter twice.  To sign up please see Dominic Regli.
  9. Yearbooks are now on sale for $50. They will go up to $65 after Spring Break, so buy your yearbook now!!
