  1. Please release volleyball players at 3:00 for their game at Southern Trinity.
  2. Remember to turn in your insurance liability forms to the office for vehicles in the parade. If you need a form, see Kristy.
  3. Be sure to write your name on back of the raffle tickets you are getting this week and put them in the jar in the office. You must be present at night rally to win.
  4. If you are not sure you qualify for CSF and you think you do, you can see Ms. Banke or call Tina at the elementary school. Dues for CSF are due by October 18th.
  5. Leo Club is collecting blankets and towels for Miranda’s Rescue Animals during the month of October. Please bring any donations to Mr. Chiles’ room.
  6. Homecoming week is this week. Dress up days and schedules are on the back.
  7.   8. The Homecoming Dance will be this Saturday, October 6th from 9:00 to midnight at the Town Hall. You can buy pre-sale tickets from Kyersten Borges.  $10 for singles & $15 for couples.
  9. You must be academically eligible to participate in homecoming activities. This includes lip sync, float, parade and dance.  If you are uncertain of your eligibility (2.0 with no more than one F) check with Mrs. A on Thursday.
  10. Ladies: if you are interested in playing basketball this year, there will be a sign up meeting in the gym next Friday, October 12th at lunch in the gym for both JV and Varsity.
  11. Local Author J. Lynn Bailey will be here to speak with students about a career in writing next Friday, Oct 12th during 2nd period. She has written many popular books~ Black Five (a supernatural story based in Ferndale), Standing Sideways and Peony Red. Please sign up in the office if you would like to attend her presentation.
  12. There is an older gentlemen next door that would like to hire someone to help him do his yard work. His name is Tom Eastman. If you are interested in a little work, call him at 499-6500.
