  1. There is a list on the back of students I still do not have first day packets from. Please get them in to the office ASAP!!
  2. Seniors: Pasta is looking for 2018-2019 reps.  Please write a letter why you think you would be a good rep.  Some of the duties are to help with youth dances, passing information on to your classmates, bake sales etc.  Letters will be due in the office by this Friday, September 21st.
  3. There will be no boys soccer game tomorrow vs. Fortuna and the girls game will be played at 1:00.
  4. If you received a letter saying you qualified for CSF, please make your $5.00 payment to the office ASAP. Final date to get your payment in is October 18th.
  5. Today, there will be 20 minute class meetings after 1st period to discuss Homecoming. Freshmen will meet in Senora’s room, Sophomore’s will meet in Mr. Chiles/Mrs. Becker’s room, Juniors will meet in Mr. Michael’s room and Seniors will meet in Mrs. Noga’s room (room 10) Monday’s Schedule is on the back.
  6. Picture Day will be next Thursday, September 27th. Picture packets will be handed out next week in your English class.
  7. The Homecoming Dance will be on Saturday, October 6th from 9:00 to midnight at the Red Barn at the Fairgrounds. You can buy pre-sale tickets from Kyersten Borges.  $10 for singles & $15 for couples.
  8. Seniors: If you would like to run for Homecoming Court, you will need an application from Kyersten or Mrs. Alexandre.  Applications will be due Friday, September 21st.
  9. There will be a representative from Sonoma State University on campus during 7th period on Wednesday, September 19th in room 2. If you would like to listen to the presentation and you are not in the Career/College Class, please sign up in the office.
  10. The Women in Natural Resources will be giving career advice and answering question about women in the natural resources industry. It will be this September 20th starting @ 6:00 p.m. at Humboldt State University in the Wildlife and Fisheries Building, Room 258. Pizza and beverages are provided.
  11. The North Coast College and Career Expo will be this Thursday, September 20th @ Eureka High from 5:30 – 8:00. All high school students and parents are welcome. There will be over 50 College and Career Representatives and 10 workshops to use from. Visit decadeofdifference.org to see all that is offered!!
